The USD/TRY increased during the Asian session to trade at 8.7054. The pair made a steady rally on Thursday. Turkey’s Capacity Utilization for June printed at 76.6%. Its Manufacturing Confidence for June came in at 113.0. Both figures were higher than May’s numbers. In the United States, Core Durable Goods Orders for May climbed less than expected at 0.3%, Month-over-Month. The consensus forecast was 0.8%. Initial Jobless Claims in the United States for the past week were worse than predicted coming in at 411,000 new claims versus 380,000 expected.
