NEWS: Crude oil price increased 2.1%.Oil prices are muscling higher as it becomes apparent that the Iran nuclear deal talks are not as close to a resolution as they would like the rest of the world to think. The 6th round just wrapped up and the West has made it clear that these discussions will not be open ended.

Possible Scenarios:

If Crude oil fails to breach through R2 of 72.6, our Research Department expects the Crude oil to undergo a short- term downward correction.

If Crude oil manages to break above its R2 of 72.6, our Research Department expects the Crude oil to extend its gains to its R3 of 73.118.
