In European trading, the euro rose against the US Dollar, trading above the 1.1380 mark.
The EUR/USD currency has advanced in the European market, as investors lose confidence in the US dollar ahead of key economic data coming out of the US and an ongoing trade war. In Europe, German Gfk Consumer Climate for May was released with data being higher than expected (-20.6 realised vs -25.6 expected). In the US, CB Consumer Confidence for April (87.4 exp) and JOLTS Job Openings for March (7.480 mln exp) will be posted (15:00 GMT+1).
