The Australian Dollar fell down against the US Dollar during European trading below 0.6500 levels.
The AUD/USD fell in the European session, as worse than expected labor market data from Australia is increasing the odds of an interest rate cut by the Reserve Bank of Australia, creating negative pressures on the Australian dollar. In Australia, there are no data releases scheduled today. In the US, Industrial Production for September (0.1% expected) will be released (13:30 GMT+1).*
*Most US Government data will not be published (or will be delayed) because of a government shutdown. Non government US data will be released as normal.
