The Australian Dollar rose against the US Dollar during European trading above 0.6360 levels.
The AUD/USD currency pair strengthened in the European session following the release of robust employment data from Australia. In Australia, the unemployment rate came out in line with expectations (4.1%) and employment change came out with better than expected data (44.0K realised vs 19.4K expected). In the US, Initial Jobless Claims (214k expected) and Fed Philadelphia Fed Manufacturing Index data for February (19.4 exp) will be released (13:30 GMT).
