The Australian Dollar rose up against the US Dollar during European trading above 0.6500 levels.
The AUD/USD traded higher in the European session, as the Aussie strengthened following better than expected China inflation data, signaling a stronger Chinese economy, with possible spillover effects into Australia, given that China is Australia’s biggest trading partner. In Australia, there are no data releases scheduled today. In the US, FOMC Member Daly speaks (13:30 GMT).*
