In European trading, the euro fell against the US Dollar, trading below the 1.0460 mark.

The EUR/USD currency pair inched lower during the European trading session, ahead of the uncertain parliamentary elections in Germany this weekend. In Europe, German ZEW Economic Sentiment for February was posted with results better than expected (26.0 realised vs 19.9 expected). In the US, Fed Members Daly and Barr will speak (15:20 and 18:00 GMT respectively). President Trump is also expected to speak this evening.
