In European trading, the euro increased against the US Dollar, trading above the 1.1700 mark.
The EUR/USD rose in the European Session, as the US government shutdown and negative ADP labor market data are increasing odds of more interest rate cuts by the FED and creating negative pressure on the US dollar. In the Eurozone, Unemployment Rate data for September came out with data being higher than expected (6.3% realised vs 6.2% expected).
