In European trading, the euro rose against the US Dollar, trading above the 1.1600 mark.
The EUR/USD advanced in the European Session, as the December 10 interest rate decision by the FED is drawing near and as possible new candidates for the position of the FED chair are rumored, with the majority of them having a preference for lower interest rates. In the Eurozone, HCOB German Manufacturing PMI data for November came out with data being lower than expected (48.2 realised vs 48.4 expected). In the US, ISM Manufacturing PMI data for November (48.7 last month) and ISM Manufacturing Prices for November (58.0 exp) will be released (15:00 GMT).
