During European trading, the British Pound fell sharply against the US Dollar trading above 1.3100 levels.
The pound continued to fall in this session after beginning its decline in the Asian session after Bank of England Head Bailey suggested that interest rate cuts are on the table. In the UK, Services PMI data for September was below expectations at 52.4. In the United States, Initial Jobless Claims data (221k expected) will be released (13:15 GMT+1). US Global Services PMI for September (55.4 exp) will be posted (14:45) and ISM Non Manufacturing PMI for September (51.6 exp) will be released (15:00).
