During European trading, the British Pound decreased against the US Dollar trading below 1.2700 levels.
The currency pair traded in a band for the last couple of days but the dollar is still holding strong due to potential inflation that could be caused by the announced Trump tariffs. In the UK, Bank of England Governor Bailey has spoken. In the United States, ADP Nonfarm Employment Change for November (166k exp) will be released (13:15 GMT), Global Services PMI data for November (57.0 exp) will be posted (14:45 GMT), ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI for November (55.5 exp) will be released. Fed Chair Powell will speak (18:45 GMT).
