During European trading, the British pound climbed slightly against the US Dollar trading above 1.35000 levels.
The GBP/USD continued pushing higher in the European session after opening earlier this morning at a two week low as more BoE governors voted to lower interest rates than expected, although the final decision was to leave the interest rates unchanged. In the UK the Bank of England Member Pill will speak (12:00 GMT). In the US, Initial Jobless Claims (212k exp) will be released (13:30 GMT).
