The US Dollar fell against the Japanese Yen in the European trading session, trading below 158 levels.
The USD/JPY has been falling since this morning’s session with analysts believing more firmly that the BoJ will raise interest rates following higher than expected wage growth in Japan. In Japan Household Spending for November (-0.8% exp) will be posted (23:30 GMT). In the US, Fed Member Bowman will speak (18:35 GMT) and the Fed’s Balance Sheet (6,852 bln exp) will be released (21:30 GMT).
