The US Dollar is down against the Japanese Yen in the European trading session, trading below 152.00 levels.
The USD/JPY currency pair inched lower in the European session following upbeat new GDP data from Japan and an increased possibility of future rate hikes by the Bank of Japan. In Japan, Industrial Production data for December (MoM) was posted with data lower than expected (-0.2% realised vs 0.3% expected). In the US, Fed Members Harker and Bowman will speak (14:30 and 15.20 GMT respectively).
