The US Dollar is down against the Japanese Yen in the European trading session, trading below 144.000 levels.
The USD/JPY fell in the European session, as the Japanese Finance Minister stated that there were no foreign - exchange talks in the G7 meeting. In Japan, au Jibun Bank Services PMI data was released with data coming lower for this month than the month before (50.8 this month vs 52.4 the previous month). In the US, Initial Jobless Claims (230k exp) will be posted (13:30 GMT+1), Manufacturing PMI for May (49.9 exp) and Services PMI for May (51.0 exp) will be released (14:45 GMT+1).
