The US Dollar is down against the Japanese Yen in the European trading session, trading below 143.000 levels.
The USD/JPY fell in the European session, as the new tax law in the US is exerting negative pressures on the US dollar and as a new round of US-Japan talks was scheduled for early June. In Japan, Leading Index data for March was released with data being higher than expected (108.1 realised vs 107.7 expected). In the US, there are no data releases due to the Memorial Day national holiday.
