The US Dollar climbed against the Turkish Lira during the European session, trading above 39.10 levels.
The USD/TRY currency pair resumed its gradual rise in the European session after Turkish inflation data yesterday came in lower than expected, but remained high at 35.41%. In Turkey, there are no scheduled data releases today. In the US, ADP Nonfarm Employment data for May (111k exp) will be posted (13:15 GMT+1), US S&P Global Services PMI for May (52.3 exp) will be released (14:45 GMT+1) and ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI for May (52.1 exp) will be released (15:00 GMT+1).
