The US Dollar was higher against the Turkish Lira during the European session, trading above 40.90 levels.
The USD/TRY pair rose in the European session as high inflation and monetary instability are creating negative pressures on the Turkish lyra. In Turkey, Capacity Utilisation for August came out with data being lower for this month than the previous month (73.5% this month vs 74.2% previous month).
