The US Dollar climbed against the Turkish Lira during the European session, trading above 41.50 levels.
The USD/TRY pair traded very close to yesterday evening’s all time high in the European session as the money markets appeared to give their verdict on President Erdogan’s meeting with President Trump at the White House. In Turkey, there are no data releases today. In the US, Core PCE Price Index for August (2.9% exp) will be released (13:30 GMT +1).
