US Session Analysis for CFD Instruments 17/11/2025

The US Dollar climbed higher against the Turkish Lira during the European session, trading above 42.30 levels.
The USD/TRY rose in the European session, reaching fresh all time highs, as long term double digit inflation is creating negative pressures on the lyra. In Turkey, Budget Balance for October came out with data being higher for this month than the month before (-223.20B this month vs -309.60B). In the US, NY Empire State Manufacturing Index data for November (10.7% last month) will be posted (13:30 GMT).*
*The government shutdown has now concluded, but most US Government data will still be delayed. Non government US data will be released as normal.
