The US Dollar climbed higher against the Turkish Lira during the European session, trading above 42.68 levels.
The USD/TRY rose slightly in the European session, hitting new fresh all time highs, as the Central Bank of Turkey decided to lower its main policy rate despite chronic and double digit inflation. In Turkey, Current Account data for October was posted with data being higher than expected (0.46B realised vs 0.40B expected). In the US, there are no major data releases scheduled today.
