The US Dollar traded flat against the Turkish Lira during the European session around 43.00 levels.
The USD/TRY currency pair traded very close to yesterday’s all time highs as the Lira remained under pressure due to longlasting, elevated inflation. In Turkey, Treasury Cash Balance data for December (56.390 bln last month) will be posted (14:30 GMT). In the US, Initial Jobless Claims data (216,000 exp) will be posted (13:30 GMT).
