The US Dollar traded flat against the Turkish Lira during the European session above 44.30 levels.
The USD/TRY pair remained strong in the European session after recording fresh all-time highs earlier this morning, while the Turkish lira continues to face pressure from persistently high inflation with additional risks evolving from the ongoing war in the Middle East. In Turkey there are no data releases today due to a national holiday. In the US, Initial Jobless Claims data (215k expected) and Philadelphia Fed Manufacturing Index for March (8.3 exp) will be released (12:30 GMT).
