The Australian Dollar increased against the US Dollar during Asian trading above 0.6400 levels.
The AUD/USD currency pair inched higher after Aussie PPI data came in lower than expected, while Chinese manufacturing data also came in lower this morning. In Australia, PPI data for Q2 was 3.5% vs 3.7% last month was released. In the US, NFP (106,000 expected) and Unemployment Rate data for July (4.2% expected) will be released (13:30 GMT+1) and ISM Manufacturing PMI data for July (49.5 exp) will be released (15:00 GMT+1).
