The Australian Dollar declined against the US Dollar during Asian trading below 0.6500 levels.
The AUD/USD currency pair eased lower after China, a major trading partner of Australia, left its interest rate unchanged and following a warning from the Bank of Australia that inflationary pressures remain. In Australia, Manufacturing and Services PMI for November (52.10 last month) will be released (22:00 GMT). In the US, Nonfarms Payrolls data for September (55k exp) and the Unemployment Rate for September (4.3% exp) will be released (13:30 GMT).*
*The government shutdown has now concluded, but most US Government data will still be delayed. Non government US data will be released as normal.
