In Asian trading, the euro was higher against the US Dollar, trading below the 1.1100 mark.
The currency pair has slowly grown so far this week paring some of last week’s falls after hitting an almost two month low on Friday as expectations increased of an interest rate cut at the next ECB meeting. In the Eurozone, German Trade Balance (09:30 GMT+1) for August will be revealed (18.9 bln expected). In the United States, FOMC Meeting Minutes will be published at 19:00 GMT+1.
