In Asian trading, the Euro was flat against the US Dollar, trading below the 1.19000 mark.
The EUR/USD remained close to its opening price in the Asian session with the markets watching closely after President Trump signed an order to implement 15% tariffs to replace the emergency tariffs nullified by the supreme court late last week. In Europe, the German Ifo Business Climate Index for February (87.0 expected) will be posted (09:00 GMT). In the US, Fed Member Waller will speak (13:00 GMT) and Factory Orders for December (2.7% exp) will be posted (15:00 GMT).
