During Asian trading, the British pound declined against the US Dollar trading below 1.3500 levels.
The GBP/USD currency pair edged lower after hitting its highest level since February 2022 yesterday after it was announced that the UK and EU are in talks to sign a free trade agreement. In the UK, Bank of England Member Ramsden will speak (10:40 GMT+1).
