During Asian trading, the British pound rose against the US Dollar trading above 1.3200 levels.
The GBP/USD currency pair declined as the dollar weakened against most of its rivals with markets believing the Fed will cut rates at least 3 times this year, despite higher than expected NFP data on Friday. In the UK, there are no data releases due to a national holiday.
