During Asian trading, the British pound edged lower against the US Dollar trading below 1.3600 levels.
The GBP/USD currency eased after hitting a more than one week high in yesterday’s session with the major focus being on the greenback this week as traders anticipate Friday’s Nonfarm Payrolls figures. In the UK, Construction PMI for May (47.4 exp) will be released (09:30 GMT+1). In the US, Initial Jobless Claims data (236k exp) will be posted (13:30 GMT+1).
