During Asian trading, the British pound climbed against the US Dollar trading above 1.3300 levels.
The GBP/USD was slightly higher in the Asian session as the greenback fell against most of its rivals while uncertainty remains over whether or when the Bank of England might continue to cut interest rates in November. In the UK, Car Registration data for September came in at 13.7% vs -2.0% last month. In the US CB Consumer Confidence for October (93.9 exp) will be posted (14:00 GMT).*
