Gold prices are trading in today’s Asian session below 2370 levels.

Gold prices fell in Asian trading on Monday as concerns of a larger Middle East conflict diminished, reducing safe-haven demand.

Expectations of higher U.S. interest rates also pressured prices.

Despite recent tensions between Iran and Israel, Iran's subdued response to a Friday strike and no immediate retaliation plans eased fears of escalation, tempering gold demand.

However, reports of Iraqi strikes on a U.S. base in Syria and ongoing Israeli offensive in Gaza added to geopolitical uncertainties.
