In Asian trading, the US Dollar advanced against the Canadian Dollar, trading above 1.3800 levels.
The USD/CAD extended its move higher for the third consecutive day in the Asian session after the dollar received a bid due to increased risk aversion following President Trump’s speech at the United Nations yesterday. In Canada, Manufacturing Sales for August (2.5% last month) will be posted (13:30 GMT+1). In the US, New Home Sales for August (650k) will be released (15:00 GMT +1).
