The US Dollar climbed against the Japanese Yen in Asian trading above 147.60 levels.
The USD/JPY increased in the Asian session following mixed Japanese economic data which included a higher than expected unemployment rate, as the greenback rose against most of its rivals. In Japan, Services PMI data for September came in at 53.3 vs 53.0 expected. In the US, ISM Non Manufacturing data (51.8 exp) will be released (15:00 GMT+1). *
