The US Dollar jumped against the Turkish Lira during the Asian session above 41.10 levels.
The USD/TRY currency traded higher remaining very close to Friday’s fresh all time peak in an important week for Turkey which will see the release of GDP data and then key inflation figures. In Turkey, Q2 GDP figures (4.1% exp) will be released (08:00 GMT+1). In the US, there are no data releases due to Labor day national holiday.
