The US Dollar was flat against the Turkish Lira during the Asian session above 43.40 levels.
The USD/TRY currency pair was little changed from its opening price in the Asian session but remained very close to yesterday’s record high as the Lira continued to be undermined by elevated inflation levels. In Turkey, there are no data releases today. In the US, the Fed Interest Rate Decision (19:00 GMT) and press conference (19:30 GMT) (exp unchanged at 3.75%) will be revealed.
