FISKER:
- THE COMPANY: Fisker is an American Electric Vehicle maker, founded by Henrik Fisker.
- PROJECTED RESERVATIONS: 80,000. Initial reservations cost was $250. In total, this should be a money inflow of 15- 20 million dollars.
- FIRST PREORDERS DELIVERED BY THE END OF 2022: ~5,000. The company received down- payments of $5,000 for each preorder totaling 25 million dollars.
- TWO NEW MODELS EXPECTED: 1. Fisker PEAR. The basic model should start selling at prices of under $30,000. Production is expected to start in 2024. 2. Project Ronin. The model should be unveiled in the summer of 2023.
- ANNUAL PRODUCTION CAPACITY: 50,000. However, the company may expand its production capacity as demand continued to rise. Therefore, the company’s revenue figures could start at around 3 billion dollars per year.

- EVENT (FEBRUARY 27, AFTERMARKET): Q4 EARNINGS REPORT. The company started delivering cars late last year and will continue to deliver cars in 2023. To this end, the company has already started to increase revenue in Q4 2022. Q4 revenue is expected to show an increase to $3.18 million from Q3’s $14,000. According to Bloomberg, Fisker’s revenue figures are expected to rise in the following quarters in the following order: Q1=$24.91 million; Q2=$410.6 million; Q3=$770 million.
- THE FLAGSHIP FISKER OCEAN SUV MODEL started production on November 17, 2022: 1. Fisker Ocean Sport to start selling at $37,499. 2. Fisker Ocean Ultra to start selling at $49,999. 3. Fisker Ocean Extreme to start selling at $68,889.
- NEWS: FISKER CONSIDERS EV PRODUCTION IN EUROPE FOR THE “PEAR” MODEL. The US electric car manufacturer Fisker is considering setting up European production for its second model, the Pear. This could be done with a partner or alone. The decision is expected to be made in mid-2023. As reported, the affordable electric model Pear, which is to be available for under 30,000 euros, will initially be built by contract manufacturer Foxconn in the US state of Ohio from 2024.
PRICE ACTION
- THE STOCK FELL TO AN ALL- TIME LOW OF $6.33 (February 2023), REPRESENTING A DECLINE OF 80% FROM ITS ALL- TIME HIGH OF $31.96 (MARCH 2021). Fisker was last trading around $6.80, and if a full recovery follows to recent all- time highs, the stock could see an upside of around 370%. However, the stock price could also decline further.
- ANALYSTS OPINIONS: Citigroup forecasts $21. Evercore forecasts $15. Cowen forecasts $19. Bloomberg’s Analyst Consensus forecasts $12.83.
