SPACEX: KEY EVENT TO WATCH
- EVENT (EXPECTED: SEPTEMBER 12): SPACEX TO LAUNCH GROK 4.7, ITS MOST POWERFUL A.I. MODEL YET, TRAINED WITH DECADES OF SPACEX ENGINEERING DATA. Elon Musk said Grok 4.7 is expected to launch with 2.1 trillion parameters, around 40% more than Grok 4.6. The model will receive additional training using decades of SpaceX proprietary engineering data, including rockets, Raptor engines, reusable boosters, Starship, satellites and advanced manufacturing. Musk said Grok 4.7 will be better than Grok 4.6 across almost every area, with SpaceX’s engineering data providing a major advantage in real-world engineering tasks.
- EVENT (EXPECTED: 15 SEPTEMBER): STARSHIP ROCKET FLIGHT 14 TEST. SpaceX filed with the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) targeting September 15 for the launch of Starship Flight 14. This is highly anticipated as the vehicle's first fully orbital mission, intended to deploy high-capacity Starlink V3 satellites.
