On October 7, 2025, Tesla introduced cheaper and affordable Model Y and Model 3 models, which will start delivering in Q4 2025.
  • OTHER PROJECTS: Robotaxi, Optimus Humanoid Robots, Artificial Intelligence Technology and Platforms, Megapack Batteries, and all as part of Tesla’s Master Plan 4.

  • EVENT (FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY 2026): TESLA Q4 2025 CAR DELIVERY DATA. Tesla is expected to print Q4 car delivery data. According to Bloomberg, Estimates go as high as 524.500 cars delivered, which, if realized, would represent a rise of 5.5% compared to the previous quarter and rise of 6% compared to the same quarter in the previous year. It would be the highest ever quarterly car delivery in Tesla’s history.

TESLA:

  • BREAKING (NOVEMBER 6): SHAREHOLDERS APPROVED THE NEW COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CEO ELON MUSK.

THE PLAN: According to Reuters, CEO Elon Musk's ownership would increase from about 15% to 25%, adding more than 423 million shares to his holdings. The pay package for Musk, already the world’s richest person, consists of 12 tranches of shares to be granted if Tesla hits certain milestones over the next decade.

TRANCHES: The first tranche of stock gets paid out if Tesla hits a market capitalization of $2 trillion. Tesla’s current market cap is $1.50 trillion. The next nine tranches would be awarded if Tesla’s value increases by increments of $500 billion, up to $6.5 trillion. Musk would earn the last two tranches if the market cap rises by increments of $1 trillion, meaning it would need to hit $8.5 trillion for Musk to get the full package. If no changes are assumed and the outstanding number of stocks remains near 3.3 billion, the $8.5 trillion market cap would require a price per share of around $2,600.

CONDITIONS: To achieve his 12-tranche pay plan, CEO Elon Musk and Tesla must first deliver a total of 20 million electric vehicles. So far, the company has delivered around 8 million EVs. In addition, Full Self-Driving (FSD) subscriptions need to reach 10 million. Success is also required in the Robotaxi project, with the company expected to operate 1 million robotaxis commercially. Finally, deliveries of Optimus Humanoid Robots should reach 1 million units.

TESLA: THE A.I. APPROACH

  • TESLA PLANS TO BUILD ITS OWN A.I. CHIPS AND FACTORY? Tesla plans to build a massive AI chip manufacturing facility to secure semiconductor independence. AI5 could arrive in 2026, while the AI6 generation is expected by mid-2028.
  • xAI: Meanwhile, Tesla and xAI could be moving toward convergence. xAI, an AI startup developing the AI model Grok, could soon collaborate with Tesla on AI initiatives.
