The Australian Dollar rose against the US Dollar during European trading above 0.6600 levels.
The AUD/USD increased after the RBA held rates at 3.6% and suggested that it is unlikely to cut interest rates in the short term. In Australia the RBA Interest Rate Decision (for September) remained at 3.6%. In the US, CB Consumer Confidence for September (95.3 exp) and JOLTS Jobs Openings for August (7.150 mln exp) will be released (15:00 GMT +1).
