US Session Analysis for CFD Instruments 29/10/2025
Fundamental analysis
29 October, 2025
The Australian Dollar rose up against the US Dollar during European trading above 0.6500 levels.
The AUD/USD climbed higher in the European session, as slightly higher inflation data and strong consumer data from Australia are lowering odds of interest rate cuts by the Reserve Bank of Australia in the near future, creating positive pressure for the aussie. In Australia, CPI Inflation data for Q3 came out higher than expected (3.2% realised vs 3.0% expected). In the US the Fed Interest Rate Decision for (cut of 0.25% to 4.0% exp) will be released (18:00 GMT).*
*Most US Government data will not be published (or will be delayed) because of a government shutdown. Non government US data will be released as normal.
