The Euro rose on Monday. It is currently 1.17162. Almost all German and Eurozone PMI figures for August missed their forecasts. The German manufacturing PMI came in at 62.7. Analysts had expected 65.0. The Eurozone Manufacturing PMI for AUgust printed at 61.5. The consensus forecast was 62.0. Only Germany’s Services PMI beat its estimate coming in at 61.5 versus the 61.0 that analysts had expected. The United States will release its Manufacturing and Services PMI’s later today.
