In European trading, the Euro increased against the US Dollar, trading above the 1.17000 mark.
The EUR/USD rose in the European session as stronger than expected German PMI data created positive pressure for the euro. In Europe, German Services PMI for January was released with data being higher than expected (53.3 realised vs 52.6 expected). In the US, S&P Global Services for January (52.9 exp) and S&P Global Manufacturing data for January (51.9 exp) will be released (14:45 GMT).
