The GER30 and European stocks bounced back at Monday lunchtime after a hawkish shift from the Federal Reserve last week stoked uncertainty about stimulus outlook and raw material prices continued their weekly decline. Later today ECB President Lagarde will speak and investors will be looking out for any potential change in ECB policy.
