The USA500 is currently trading above 5,500 levels.

U.S. stock futures were subdued on Wednesday following gains in the main Wall Street indices during the previous session.

The S&P 500 futures contract edged down by 3 points or 0.1%, while Nasdaq 100 futures and Dow futures remained mostly unchanged.

On Tuesday, the benchmark S&P 500 closed above 5,500 points for the first time ever, and the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite rose by 0.8% to finish above 18,000 points for the first time.
