US stock futures fell on Friday as volatility increases ahead of Donald Trump’s new FED Chair announcement later today. Investors digested the latest earnings reports, including Apple’s results, however Microsoft stock fall over 13% drove the sentiment lower today. In extended trading, Apple shares rose about 0.6% after beating fiscal first-quarter earnings and revenue expectations, supported by strong iPhone sales.
S&P 500 futures decreased 0.83%, Dow Jones futures fell 0.81%, and Nasdaq 100 futures fell 1.02%.
