The US Dollar rose against the Japanese Yen in the European trading session, trading above 158 levels.
The USD/JPY is on an upward course with analysts believing that this currency pair could be touching the strong resistance level of 160 which would trigger a massive profit taking manoeuvre with traders selling off the dollar. In Japan Foreign Investments in Japanese Stocks (-1,022.6 bln exp) will be posted (23:45 GMT).
