The US Dollar retreated against the Japanese Yen in the European session, trading below 150.00 levels.
The USD/JPY traded lower in the European Session, as the Bank of Japan Governor Ueda commented that the BoJ will keep raising interest rates in the near future creating positive pressure for the yen. In Japan, Foreign Investments in Japanese Stocks data came in lower for this month than the month before (1.885.0 bln this month vs 2.476.1 bln previous month). In the US, Industrial Production for September (0.1% expected) will be released (13:30 GMT+1).*
