The US Dollar slightly decreased against the Turkish Lira during the European session, trading below 35.370 levels.
The USDTRY is maintaining its current level after it climbed this morning and recorded a fresh all time high ahead of today’s release of last month’s Turkish Central Bank Meeting Minutes. The Turkish lira has been under renewed pressure after the Trump administration said it was reviewing Turkey's duty-free access to the U.S. market. In Turkey, CBRT Monetary Policy Meeting Minutes will be published (11:00 GMT). In the US, ISM Manufacturing PMI for December (48.2 exp) and ISM Manufacturing Prices for December (51.5 exp) will be released (15:00 GMT).
