In Asian trading, the Euro edged lower against the US Dollar, trading below the 1.1800 mark.
The EUR/USD was slightly lower ahead of an important day of economic data both in the Eurozone and the United States which will give traders more clues on the future rate path of the Fed and the ECB. In Europe, Eurozone Q2 GDP figures (1.4% expected) will be posted (10:00 GMT+1). In the US, Initial Jobless Claims data (220k exp) and PPI data for July (0.2% exp) will be posted (13:30 GMT+1).
